Nursery

Our native plant nursery produces over 250,000 plants per annum from over 150 species of endemic Perth plants. Premium coastal, wetland and Banksia Woodland species from the entire Swan Coastal Plain can be produced. We pride ourselves on the production of difficult to propagate species that larger producers may not provide. Our nursery supplies high quality plant stock for our projects and other customer needs.

We can tailor plant stock to individual customer needs and propagate seedlings in forestry tubes, olive pots and 11L or larger bags. We have propagated sedges in 18L ‘tubs’ for foreshore restoration projects to reduce the likelihood of stock being washed away by strong tides.

We pride ourselves in being able to propagate most recalcitrant species including Spinifex hirsutus, Lepidosperma gladiatum, Baumea sp, Hibbertia sp, Acanthocarpus sp and others.

Our nursery is fully accredited by the Nursery and Garden Industry Australia (NGIA). In 2011 ournursery won Best Small Production Nursery at the Nursery and Garden Industry Awards, recognising the efforts and achievements of our team.
